Whee, went back to meet my primary schoolmates yesterday. really fun time teasing them about their new "broken" voice for some guys (and even some girls). went to watch WALL-E too. watching it again on monday cos i was asleep in the first half of the movie. not because it was boring (i kinda think when i say boring, the word becomes a taboo to many people) but because i was kinda tired. i woke up when i heard something crash and continued watching. it was quite cool when i woke up, some nice effects and all (I ADORE CGI ANIMATIONS). nicholas, yu jian and edward left later, while the other 5 of us remained at macs to dwell into our life. anyway, we talked about past crushes and all the sensitive questions one would never answer 2 years ago xD kinda fun. i was so laggy that i didn't know i was taller than a girl who used to be 3cm taller than me xDDD

Oh well, on with the tags. I was kinda right. they really kept sending more people to view and talk about my posts and all xD oh whatever, the more the merrier =D i never had such a lively tagboard before so what can i say? A BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL, even though some tags aren't really friendly xD

Oops, digressing. on with the situation at hand *ahem ahem*.

To tingyu:

hello again! i decided not to dao your 3-character tag and here it is:
-.-

oh well, can't really tell much from that face. most likely lol-ing at my tag to sinyee and A. tata.

To charmaine:

Warm welcome to you. yay, another reader of my recently argumentive posts. alright, following protocol again so here are your tags:

Thinking before you speak is really a skill you have to learn, the fact that others have put in effort for this simple performance is indeed comforting, if you do not appreciate it, keep the opinions to yourself, i know blogging is probably something you might think like some diary, but you jolly well know an online blogging is obviously a public access to all, and thus any inconsiderate opnions or stand you take might hurt or anger others, the world revolves around you, you don't revolve around the world. Thank you. So please, at least learn to appreaciate efforts given up by others for your entertainment, even if it did not appeal to you, it was definitel another eye- opening experience for all of us to learn. You would only learn to cherish drama when you are really iin drama itself, or learning it with all your heart, cause it is onl then you would know how tough it is to stand out there in front of the audeience to act and speak.

congrats, you talk sense like disclaimer and i kinda have my suspicions that you are disclaimer. lol. maybe. anyway, i do think before i speak, especially so when i'm in this kind of mini debate. and even more so when i'm talking to people in real life. and for your information, if you were listening closely when the st nics came out to introduce their play, they did mention that they recieved a theme for their play recently and "hope that you will enjoy it". so for now, i shall commend that they did express the abstract plot well but not exactly the concept of the play. i know that this is viewable to all people in the world with internet access but i can choose to allow only people i know of to read. so if you do find it that unkind of me, add me on msn (advanced_125@msn.com), tell me your blogger email and i'll add you to the permitted readers section. and for your information, i have not, in any word of my posts said that i did NOT appreciate them. it's true that i didn't really enjoy the play too much but still that doesn't mean i totally ignore all their efforts on it. i cherish drama, without it, the world would be so much more boring and ignorant about the many aspects of life. yes, i'm not in drama, but still, when you cherish something, it doesn't have to be a part of you, be it physically, mentally, emotionally, etc. and i do know how hard it is to present in front of an audience larger than that of what you experienced that day at the lit sem. i fully know well enough of the tension, nervousness on would get in front of a huge audience because i've been through it myself. in case you are wondering, it's a presentation for IRS in front of a whole full auditorium. and just the minor and insignificant details: i totally freaked out and forgot my lines. tata.

To Raey The Gong Kia:

Hello again, i almost missed your tag so here's my reply. Your tags:

we aint just talking about you thinking our play's boring, we're saying about the other comments you've made too ._. you're entitled to your own opinion of course. We are entitled to be pissed about your opinion too though

what i can say is that, it's just life. there will always be something that pisses someone off and yet make another person happy. contradictive? i agree. there is no exact answer to life unless you decide to be some extra-dominant hitler-like person and rule the whole world to follow your opinions. there's nothing wrong to be pissed about my post. i offer you the same kind i offered to tingyu. after the holidays, you are most welcomed to go to my class and give me a slap or something if you really object very strongly. and if you think it's crazy or whatever, i'll say my views on it here too. you have every right to react and there's nothing to stop you. so, if there really is a need for you to want to get it out and done with me, go ahead. i won't blame you nor hold a grudge.

To gloria:

Yeah, i'm going blind already, the sun doesn't seem to set anymore xDDD thanks for those wonderful cookies! they were lovely. how i wish i knew of some magic that could duplicate them so that i could have some for breakfast today Dx thanks for your cookies again(: chapter 3... purple drama xDDD arianna is such a beau... maybe i'll try a lolita on my perception of her xD awaiting chapter 4 now!

lastly, if anybody wants to know if wall-e is nice, don't ask me, i never ever give spoilers. NEVER. at least for movies. xDD tata. may post again later if something eventful happens =D

OMG, i just realised that gloria took pictures during lit sem O.o i look creepy in the picture D: thanks gloria for your wonderful tag =D made me feel better the second i finished reading it(: THANKS FOR THE PICS for the most part =D joshua looks blur blur xD damn funny. sadly no pics of kara... would have taken some pictures for myself if i had not lose my phone on that fateful day D:

Alright just a final note to the disclaimer: If you feel i abused my freedom of speech, those other girls who insulted me did so too. weird that you only criticize me and not them, considering the fact that all i mentioned was that i found a play boring.

and to anon: friends do that BUT still me and elaine are just PLAINLY friends. don't think too much

to gloria: LITTLE thanks to you XD for your wonderful tag which brightened up my night XD

yay, one of my shortest posts ever XD tata.

To Disclaimer:

Warm welcome to you. You're the only one who makes sense thus far. If only those others who came here to mess around had a little more sense than to provoke me in a mean manner first. As for me judging that a play is boring, it is only my personal preference. If i can't have my own preference then that would be very wrong of you to force me into liking/appreciating it. But of course, you didn't force me so all's fine =D just to quote your tags for reference:

Whether it's with the help of scripts or not, the play can still be as interesting. Don't judge a presentation just because people use scripts. The power lies in the presenter's hands. If he is able to manipulate the play to such a degree that it is engaging to the audience, then you cannot blame him for using a script. And please, do not insult people's craniums and brains. It's not very nice, and even if you do have to do it, please do it with more professionalism and a more powerful command of English. By saying that a play is plain boring, you have not only insulted the play itself, but also it's actors and actresses. Please spare a thought for others as they have rehearsed for such a long period of time already.

well, i would have preferred if you have identified yourself first, but it doesn't matter. chris mooney-singh is an example of the presenter you mention. and just for your information, i didn't insult their brains until they insulted mine. so i'm just playing fire with fire. i know it isn't nice to insult, but it is my freedom to. i said a play was boring and soon after, i have a number of people coming to my blog to insult me. it makes me wonder who mentioned my blog to them and why did they come to my blog since it has been dead for so long and have only been recently revived? it makes no sense unless one of them is guilty about it, then felt angry about it, and after that told her mates about it. if they don't believe that i'm correct, prove it. that's all i can request of them. not a bunch of people saying that i'm incapable and all that. as for sparing a thought for others, do the rest do so to me? i'm just a single person who is having to "answer" to the lot of them. if what i said cause them some emotional or mental stress, wouldn't it be the same for me? with a multiplier to it because i have more than one person going against me? you do talk sense, much more than the others who have done so and the recent one who just tagged not long ago (tingyu). what's the use of using powerful language for such minor matters? to confound those who "speak up for themselves"? course not, i would rather them understand every word i say than to just confuse them with big words. if you anger youself after reading this, many of them are not targeted at you. but if that is the case, it just goes to show that you are probably guilty of some that i've mentioned. nice day to you.

To tingyu:

seems that a whole troop is gonna come at me if this goes on but, whatever. welcome. here are your tags:

you know what, seriously you shouldnt even be talking about something you aren't even sure of in the first place.Sure, it may be a recital, but it really isnt much of your business to critisise ccas.like wth, right.if you really wna talk about raey and natasha etc like that, you should know you're not that great either.stop harping on your self proclaimed poor psle results.we dont give a damn and btw, its ' i love people who argue against me, not argues against me LOL oh yeah, stop insulting others.its their cca their talking about and you really shouldnt comment.like seriously, what if we go up to your art piece and go ' thats so ugly!' what, you'll say we cant understand abstract. right. so what if you're in art club. some of us are in AEP also dude.so shut up about eds and the jc ppl if you dont know anything & fact1) an average human doesnt use more than 10% of their brain in their entire lifetime, so for once, you're right.wow -.- in case you didnt know, AEP is the art elective program so you know which class youcan find me in loll. like seriously.try getting more infor bout what AEP means before making a fool of yourself lol

first and foremost, i do admit i don't know 100% of what EDS peeps are doing at the moment. i'm not a god, i wouldn't know. so, don't state the obvious. also, don't tell me you don't criticize others. sure, i criticized a play, but not the cca. why would i criticize a cca i'm planning to join? wouldn't that be contradictive? i'm not great or whatever. i'm just me. i've got my hands to type whatever i want in my blog. what makes you think you've got any authority on it? harping on my psle results? i don't give a damn. and since neither do you, why talk about it in the first place? i think i've mentioned your mistake on my grammar. so i'll give it a pass here. just to remind you, i wouldn't mind if the whole world says my art is ugly. in fact, i don't give a damn either. i just draw, colour it if i feel like it, and the end. i'm in art club and i'm no longer anywhere near proud to be in it. i was last year when they spent time to develope your artistic skills. now, they just expose you to different kinds of art, which i find boring (and take note: it is MY own FREEDOM to say what i want). now you may be thinking, "he's such an idiot, he even insults his own cca" but all i am trying to tell from this is that art club no longer suits me in terms of its activities. full stop. nothing more. anyway, in my tag i know i mentioned that AEP is a cca, which i know i'm wrong. i was just lazy to mention it as something else since i was grouping both eds and art club under ccas too, and i only wanted to mention that it means nothing to a person's character. i opted out for AEP if you didn't know. i won't find you anytime soon, mainly because i have no reason to, but if you want to give me a slap or something, just come right over to 2K, i'll be willing to take it anytime to help you simmer down =D nice day to you too.

To prince:

LOLs, i cry so rarely, it's like once every 3 years on the average O.o anyway, that statement was based on crying for crying's sake and not crying due to spice, happiness, pain, etc.

To sanguis rocks my botak:

=.= anything better to do then spamming?

To anon:

NO, i'm not with elaine >.<

Man, recently got flammed by some people today. some Raey person. and another anon person. don't know who they are and i care less then to waste too much time on them. Just a simple justification post to those tags which are meant to insult my intelligence and capabilities.

To Raey The Gong Kia:

Firstly, a warm welcome to my blog. not a very good first impression though. i shall just list what you've tagged here:

the JC people were not doing a play. They were doing a stage recital which involves scripts. I'm surprised someone as smart as you didnt noe. & just bcoz you dont think deep enough to understand a play doesnt give you a right to criticise it. & if you think we are boring, why do you even bother to transfer to EDS anw? sorry, i take back what I said just now. It's not that you dont think deep enough, it's just that you are incapable.

Alright, i love people who argues against me; it's been a while back since someone who knows me did. here goes my justification of my post. the JC people were doing a play. play = to a presentation of an idea/plot/concept to an audience for entertainment/education purposes. in which a stage recital falls under.

Next, you know that it IS a stage recital, so you should perfectly know that RECITAL means reciting WITHOUT REFERENCE. take note dude. also, EVERY play involves script, so that means you are talking about the understood. and i believe you are smarter than me cos frankly, my PSLE score was only 250, pretty low as compared to many others. so i am not very smart. but to say i don't understand the play is completely wrong, the guy seated next to me kept wondering what some of the movements meant, which i overheard him and just briefly replied. what i was saying in my previous post is to justify all others who can't understand the play in the few seconds the action was done. and another note: I DO FIND YOU BORING. get that. and if your skull hasn't got enough space other than for the brain you have, i suggest you burn away some of it cause in a lifetime, you probably won't use more than half of it. if you say i'm incapable of thinking, think again cause you don't know me well enough and from that you ASSUME i'm joining EDS for the sake of being an ass. I am in art club and i have a tendency to join things that brings art to my life. I'm considering the shift because i feel that art club no longer gives the passion it exudes anymore. and in case you are wondering why, you don't have to know cause you are not a friend of mine. and at this point of my post, i noticed someone else has posted on their absolute disagreement on my views which i will go on to her later. I am switching to EDS just because i want to revive the passion i have for art, be it in the drawing sense or the literacy sense. so, incapable as you think i am, i just have to say all this for my own justification. nice day to you then. thanks for tagging. tata.

To anon:

Another warm welcome to you, first time i have that many visitors to my blog. so here's all that you've tagged just for quick reference to you and me:

yeah. why do you even bother joining a cca that requires a high level of understanding for what they do. marcus why you dao my tag? ):  if you're so smart then go ri lor byebye. -emo- btw i don't like your brown jacket! you should get a new one =D

Oh well, nothing much to comment, just that i can only hope that my level of understanding is what the teachers want. and if you want to know why i bother, just look at what i wrote to Raey. and i don't want to go RI cause of personal preference and obviously, my PSLE was not high enough to begin with. on the final note, i'm considering the change in jacket soon xD thanks for tagging anyway, have a nice day =D

To Natasha:

Yet another warm welcome to the 3rd reader of my blog for the day. Oh well, same procedure. here are your tags:

excuse me? if you're even that knowledgeable on theatre arts, and if you're that good and all, may i ask why such a talented person like you didn't get into EDS right from the start of last year, at the auditions? And now, while you're trying so hard just to step on EDS ground, you just spoil all your chances by criticising the plays? And fyi, the CHIJ play was abstract, and unfortunately, your mental capacity isn't enough to absorb that, is it? And wth? Raey isn't exposed to stage recitals? Um hello? She might not be like on top of the drama world, but we definitely have more experience than you(cause all you're involved in are probably less than 10min skits in class which can't even be called plays). so in terms of knowledge, i'm sure she knows more Um, if there's anything else you'd like to LEARN about drama, why don't you ask the DRAMA people. I'm sure they'd be glad to help you with your lack of knowledge.

Sigh, firstly, please don't assume so much. it's alright to infer with some evidence but let me tell you. I DID NOT APPLY TO EDS last year. my first choice was Art Club. also, it doesn't seem all that SEEMINGLY HARD to get in. also for your information, i perfectly know what abstract is (hello, i'm in art club here!). Raey is definitely exposed, just that i feel that she doesn't fully understand them well enough. i don't deny that she knows more, being in drama club, chances are she would know more. just to let you know, i've watched 43 plays in my lifetime, ranging from Shakespeare's works, representations, and some other stageplay to story telling sessions and presenters from workshops (like the lit seminar which increased the count to 43). Raey knows of stage recitals, that, i won't deny, but by recital, you should refer to what i said to her in my post. recital means reciting without reference. and that's mentioned for the second time today. i've seriously seen true recitals, with empty pieces of paper just as props. and mind you, it wasn't a play like Shakespeare. Finally, i do ask DRAMA people about things i do not know. I've spoken to many for that matter, maybe just not to you cause i basically do not know you at all. But if you've got anything to share, please do. i'll be more than glad to learn about other people's experiences.

To Alicia:

Yet, yet another warm welcome to you. exact same protocol follows. here are your tags:

You can dance? Wow you can? I'm really surprised. So acting like you can act OR dance when you cant. Go get a life, L.

My first reaction was =.= . I've never ever said i could dance. never took a single dance lesson in my life! so you are surprising yourself over nothing O.o and please, don't contradict yourself, "acting like you can act" wow, get your contradicting sentence yet? i hope you do, cause acting like i can act is in itself a form of acting. You ask me to get a life, calling me a L (in which i shall infer that it means "Loser" from what your tags are implying) are just signs of you giving in to what i said. in other words, you subconsciously know that you agree with me, even though it is a slight agreement but there are still some things that you do agree with me in certain aspects. Sigh, please get to know me well enough before starting to flame me over reasons you can't freaking explain.

Oh well, finally to proper posting. CIP sucked today. got this primary school kid told me to "go to hotel 91 and fuck a girl beside you". that's just quoting so don't mind the vulgarities. primary kids these days. essentially, today was boring, just waiting for the term to be over and i shall enjoy myself in the holidays(: somebody must be getting tired of waiting for this post so here goes. tadah and tata.

Woots, been a month since my last post. Yet another revival of it :D haha, lit seminar yesterday was fun. Boring at first with all the waiting and stuff. Lost my phone early in the morning after gotting on 293 to the interchange.

Met adalric(k) at 6.50am. he was 5min LATE. but nevermind. took mrt all the way to dover. sianz, played fishball's nds all the way. CHILDREN OF MANA ROCKS. oh, i can't believe why fishball took 6hours and 27min to reach level 19 when currently, i take only 8hours and 17min to reach level 27. such a noob. lol. shh, don't tell him i saved the game on his nds; he told me not to save XD

reached dover at 7.45am, way earlier than expected. it was raining damn heavily. man, i love the rain. i love the rain, whenever it rains, nobody knows that i'm crying.

adalric(k) and i went to the minishop nearby to get some snacks. he got a pack of hot and spicy calbee chips and got a can of cheddar cheese pringles. we saw 3 idiots running through the rain. really hilarious, white shirt and shorts. i would have seen "through" them if they stayed in the rain for 30 seconds more xD

Upon estimating when the green man will flash, we ran down the stairs of shelter to the pedestrain crossing and we reached ACS(I) at long last =D with my jacket slightly soaked D: adalric(k) called szl later to find that he's lost together with 5 other people. HILARIOUS. vulgarities were heard and they came late. muahaha xD

there was a poetry slam talk and performance which followed aftter entering their ridiculously small auditorium. even my school's smallest auditorium was larger than that. the most memorable one was the TJC's emo poem. "if i had an emo fringe, i would flick it. i will keep it long and black, to flick the happy away." HAHAHA damn funny la. Everybody was laughing. the st. nicholas girls one sucks big time. I remember some of them who kept acting cute in the poetry slam finals last year which pissed me off bad. good thing they didn't win that day. there was also a biased teacher seated behind me who gave substantially lower scores for other schools other than st. nicholas...

tea break was horror... the food was *clears throat* horrid. just visually, i could tell it sucked. no need for taste buds to find out. lucky i bought some snacks. szl and the people who got themselves lost found their way after reaching anglos-chinese BOARDING school and then took a while more to find the main school... lol. damn dumb. the boarding school is just right beside the main school. wonder what took them so freakishly long to get there.

went to level 5. the green colour-coded floor for creative writing workshops. i wanted "prose for publication" ended up with some singapore-related thing. but overall it was still fun, cos ms rosemary got me into a fun-loving group xD i shall introduce my group members.

Joshua, the smile-to-himself guy. he recently just inflicted his laughing-to-oneself disease upon me D: oh well, he's damn funny. he laughs at practically everything which in turn makes me laugh too.

seated next to him was Kara. She is supposedly called Kara-Anne, but she likes it short so we called her kara. She's in year 4 and is much more focused than the rest of us. she's tall too O.o writes insanely fast too.

then diagonal from her was gloria. she looks so much like ms law!!! just minus off the fringe, probably let down her hair and she'll look like my p6 cme teacher xD she's damn hyper. she talks a load of funny stuff and whenever i say things beyond the topic, she and kara will tag-team to sorta "censor" me off from joshua. well, in case joshua dies from laughing too much. talked to her a lot today. really amusing person. chatting with her since 3pm? around there. still talking to her too xD and she writes awesome stories. her choice of words and usage far exceeds mine (wow) must really ask her to tutor me someday. she's obviously freaked out by how much i'm obsessed with blood. She's got herself a rank 9 in my list of important people now =D 2nd person to come from another school! Shall talk more about our conversation later.

Lunch break was another boring event. went to the school's air-conditioned canteen. only a few shops were open. chocolate fudge cake are kept in the freezer and in plastic jelly containers O.o weird. i had mee with loads of pepper. adalric(k) thought i was nuts. he went to buy chris-mooney singh's book after that and chris-mooney singh signed it. COOL. but he spelt his name as adalrick which explains why i've been typing adalric(k) instead of adalric xDDD we entered the pungent disinfected-gas-smelling lt 3 later on. i took a seat near the side and continued with children of mana. poof, battery flat so i stopped halfway and finally focused on the people performing. but still, i'm kinda glad i didn't focus at them at all. was looking up every now and then from the nds and the presentations were sloppy. reading from cards and such. stuttering, mumbling... i can present better! even gloria agrees that she can present better. she even says they are p4 standard and i totally agree.

finally, all the damn presentations were over. joshua sat next to me after that with another acs guy constantly calling me his boyfriend. wth, he's the real gay. next came the drama performances. there was one where they referred to their scripts O.o what expertise. they are jc peeps and they still refer to scripts. i applaud them. i have to memorise over 50 lines for shakespeare in an essay and they can just read off the bloody script. and just a note: plays are meant to entertain. not to just give concepts. st nicholas ruined entertainment for the whole thing, so did some other drama groups. what use are hand actions when they aren't explained? what's the use of using your hands to mime a box supposed to do? unless you force the viewer to think till their brians burst, you aren't providing any entertainment at all, with that, st nicholas, go think about it and come back next year with proper drama. well, enough ranting.

sorry to gloria for the first part and to joshua too. i mistook "touched with fire" for "fire" cos there were two drama acts from my school with 'fire' in the titles. "touched with fire" was the funnier one. fire was the one where 80% of the people were just TREES. weird talking trees which was about some person ranting on and on. well that's boring. anyway, hoped the lit seminar peeps enjoyed touched with fire more than the rest. that's more like entertainment! st nicholas, watch and learn... muahaha, DHS just pwned you gals. stupid white masks. last one was based on to kill a mockingbird. kinda cool. the lighting and all. at least it was better than those from st nicholas. man, i really have a grudge against them.

went home after that. walked to the bus stop outside ACS(I) and it was starting to rain again. saw amelia, an old schoolmate. she sorta freaked out. lol. amusing szl had to tease about me having the same brand jacket as her. LOLz... stupid dude. took bus 74 to dover mrt and went home being lame with en zhi, szl and adalric(k) for the rest of the trip home.

and so today was just chatting with gloria. she's damn cute. really, the way she talks is surprisingly much like the girls in my class, minusing off the bitchy feel and the bimboness to it and at least even though she talks that way, she is not as crazily immature like my class girls. immature and childish has a very fine line in terms of its meaning. we talked about loads of stuff, in fact i feel like copying the whole convo here, just that for her privacy and mine, i shall not :D

we talked from our chinese names, to ccas to birthdays, quizzes, numerology the beijing olympics closing ceremony! that's a lot of random stuff for a day xD oh well, i think i should end my post now before someone complains i take too long to post, and i think she already is xD

tata.
