Just read looi han's blog. feel kinda depressed now... i feel pathetic, letting a junior of mine go to such a state of depression and low self-esteem. somehow, i just feel guilty, wondering how many of my juniors are currently in this kind of state. a state of neglection and a surge of inadequacy... 25th October was the post i read and have it deeply etched in my mind.
